Liked: The property needs a bit of updating/investment. However, the staff members I interacted with during my stay were extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Friendliness of the staff. Pretty central location.

Disliked: The noise of the people at 11 pm at night. The front desk spoke to the kids running in the halls and asked them to keep quiet for the other guest. The parents weren't much help.

Liked: Location was great, rooms were super clean, beds very comfortable as well as pillows. Loved the bathroom, staff was helpful and very nice. Breakfast was really good! Would recommend this place 110%

Not a usual stay!

Liked: We had stayed there before and we were pleased. This time the room seemed not finished with the cleaning process. The bed was the problem. The pillows were on only one side of the bed and the covering on the bed appeared to have had someone sitting on it. I thought it had not been made up but upon further inspection it had clean sheets but just wasn’t finished properly. The management is taking care of us as we did have to stay in that room because of full occupancy. It was a bit stressful.
Disliked: We do like this hotel and will return again if need be.
