Would never stay there again

Disliked: Stayed there so kids could use the pool. Was only told after checking in on way to pool that it was out of service. When checking in they told me pool hours and everything. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and was unable to get extra blankets for my kids so had to go buy some. After checking out I told them about this and told them I wanted a refund and they pretty much said there was nothing they could do

Liked: Every thing was great except staff at check in
Disliked: I had said I needed early check in I try to check in at 2 hour early they said room wasn’t ready I said ok when will it be ready lady said at 3 when there supposed to be

It was a fun time!!

Liked: The front desk people were super friendly. We had good conversations and they remember led us during the stay. The fitness center was too notch. We had a great time at the hotel!
Disliked: The room was a little musty.

Liked: Good breakfast, comfortable beds, indoor pool and hot tub. Very clean.
Disliked: The rooms need a little update, the furniture looks a bit tired.
