Liked: The lady covering the front desk, she was fantastic and very helpful with all my questions!
Disliked: The noise from the room above me kept me awake all night and no one was able to help. They gave me points and I dont even know how to use them and no one explained the points to me.

Liked: I visit NC every three or months and I always stay at this hotel. Ive never had any complaints before but this last time I was somewhat disappointed. I walked into the room and as I usually do I inspected everything. Not as clean as before!
Disliked: I found garbage in the waste paper basket and the toilet was not cleaned properly.
