Liked: The valet and breakfast staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The size of our room was nice and was convenient for relaxing and resting after exploring all day. The location is fantastic, close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do. Breakfast options were great
Disliked: We were there for almost 5 days and not once did housekeeping service our room. So we had to stop at the front desk for things to restock our room, which in itself not a big deal. But what was not awesome was how the front desk staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them by asking. I could really have done without regular eye rolls. It's not our fault housekeeping didn't stop by Maybe take your frustrations and annoyance up with that situation instead of being rude to guests. The beds- were clean but overall uncomfortable. If you prefer a firm mattress , you will enjoy the beds. I prefer more medium and felt I was sleeping on a cardboard box, so your experience could vary based on preference
