Disappointing

Liked: Good location and very comfortable
Disliked: One of our two keys worked on the outside door once in 7 or 8 tries. The breakfast was not up to what I usually see at a Hampton Inn. In general, the breakfast has gotten poorer at Hampton Inn but this one was the worst I can remember

This was a great place,...

Liked: The property was clean, updated, quiet and in a prime location with many nearby restaurants and a mall. It was within a 30 minute drive to Nashville, which was perfect.
Disliked: The only downside was that the toilet had a leaky valve and ran during the night. It was brought to the attention of the staff, and they scheduled a maintenance visit.

Great trip!

Liked: The breakfast was great, everyone was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only thing I would change is maybe add grits to the breakfast, but it was still awesome!
