Breakfast included was good enough...

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Where would you like me to start room was dirty found a bag with some kind of controlled substance in it when my baby was crawling thank god she didn?t get it and put it in her mouth food under the bed also some red stuff all over the carpet couldn?t sleep because of the romper room in the room above didn?t stop till 3am and started back up at 6 am kept telling the front desk nothing was done about it they kept me and my baby and 4 year old up all night really thought for the price I would have a clean room and be able to sleep I have pictures and videos that I will be posting staff did not try to accommodate me in anyway tub water wouldn?t drain had water to my ankles when I showered tub was so dirty that I didn?t even bathe the baby and my 4 year old really disgusted and disappointed with your hotel

Liked: Good breakfast. 1 staff wendy was excellent with me and my needs. A MAJORITY OF THE STAFF PLAYED, LAUGHED WITH,AND JOKED ABOUT ME AND SPOKE ABOUT MY SERIOUS SITUATION WITH PPL WHO'VE BEEN FOLLOWING ME AND ETC
Disliked: Staff walked around with phones that connected to my stimulator that CAUSED major headaches and severe pain, and anxiety, with heartbeat out of control

Great property where the staff...
Disliked: Because of Covid-19, the breakfasts were placed in a small box for cold or a paper bag. The breakfasts were excellent, but I missed the regular breakfast we had had in this property in our earlier stays. Can't wait to get back to "normal".

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: I did not like the manager Tberesa Price atritude and tone. I asked her a few questions; Why making reservations Booking.com doesn't know Jamestown Hampton Inn charges a $200 Deposit once you get there. Why isn't it a policy posted where guest can see it. She told me they don't have to have one iIt's done verbally You can't pay cash because you made reservations through Booking. I had a credit card, not debit!
