Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, the microwave didn't work unless we put it on the floor. There were supposed to be 2 TVs. Plus, when we got there, they didn't have the right room and blamed it on booking com. And there were no sheets for the pull out bed so I had to go down to the front desk to get them. It felt like we were staying in a 50 dollar hotel.

Disheartened

Liked: This is a long story, I made a booking through Bookings.com but it was for the wrong location. The two hotels are within 5 miles from each other and both use the Katy Texas name. The one I booked wasn't the one with my family's booking. I'm trying to get a cancellation and full refund for this first reservation. The second location that I eventually stayed at charged me more than the Bookings price. I'm didn't complain much at the time because I wanted to stay with my family and I had plans that I needed to attend to. I find this type of business disheartening because you appeared to not want to work in harmony with third party agencies who bring customers to you. I hope that you choose to cooperate more in the future so that I will have more of an incentive to stay with your businesses.
