Will not stay again

Disliked: Beds and pillows were terrible! No one could sleep. Room wasn’t very clean either.

Liked: Personal in hotel was perfect. Breakfast was good enough for this money. The location of the hotel is not bad.
Disliked: Booking.com made reservation 1 bedroom room for 3 adult people. They did not contact me to update it and rejected to make a rebate for my inconvenient.

Liked: That the pool area was open till midnight. All night coffee. The room was spacious
Disliked: Hot tub was luke warm. Bedding could of been nicer. I didnt like how the sink for the bathroom was in another room

Liked: Beds and pillows were very comfortable!
Disliked: The pool was down for emergency maintenance and that was the main reason we booked this hotel, so the kids were very disappointed.
