Short stay after a late...

Liked: We arrived at 1AM after a very late flight. Shuttle was available, receptionist was helpful, even at that hour. Shuttle driver the next day was helpful returning us to the car rental.

Disliked: I had planned on using the shuttle. Their driver called off and my only option was to pay for an Uber or different mode of transportation. I didn’t have any of the apps or experience using them. They were not accommodating at all and hardly apologetic for the inconvenience. We picked this hotel specifically for the shuttle. I’m not likely to choose or recommend this Hampton again.

Liked: Location was awesome, counter person was very distracted with her phone. She wasn't very helpful but I don't know what else she had going at the time either. She wasn't disrespectful she just didn't seem to want to deal with people.
