Liked: The location of the hotel is really convenient to use public transportation to get to our sightseeing destinations. We didn’t need the car for our whole stay. The valet taking care of our car was great, fast and very polite. Decent restaurants are walking distance. Room was clean, staff at the reception polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok, something for everybody to enjoy. Wish there would have been more bacon (but that’s only me).
Disliked: I love boiled eggs but didn’t like the offered eggs. They were not spoiled just had a weird taste.

Liked: Fantastic friendly staff. Great valet parking service. And the hotel mailed the shoes we left behind at their cost.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike - just a note that the valet parking cost was not mentioned on the Booking.com website. But it was reasonable for downtown Portland.

Liked: The hotel was spacious, great location, great staff. Breakfast was really good, and the room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room was really small. Two double queens, and there was very little space to get around. The parking was very expensive, and we needed valet parking because we had our child's belongings in the car from college move out.

Liked: The pool was amazing for kids. My 14, 6, 4, and 2 year olds had a blast. The staff were great and accommodating.
Disliked: The valet cost was a little too high in my opinion. Location downtown Portland having weird and homeless people around. Can't control that, but the hotel was worth it.
