Great hotel!

Liked: Neighborhood was iffy, but the hotel has 24/7 security, staff and valet service and locked entrances so we never felt unsafe. Location is not their fault, the neighborhood deteriorated around them during the pandemic and they adapted wonderfully! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Valet service always prompt and appreciated unlimited in & out at no extra charge. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. We loved the rooftop deck and breakfast was great. Even though the hotel was full of families with kids and teens our room was very quiet. Definitely would stay here again!
Disliked: Loading zone for valet was always full so often had to double park on the street.

Disliked: Interior rooms have a view into other rooms windows which was kind of weird. Also, beds could be more comfortable.
