Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton New Albany Columbus

We booked this hotel for location and were pleasantly surprised by its newness, cleanliness, and amenities, including an ample breakfast buffet and lovely lobby/dining area. We were granted an early check-in upon arrival which was welcomed after a road trip. All staff were friendly and ready to serve the guests. Kudos to Hampton Inn.

Liked: New! Comfortable beds; good room layout; updated modern restrooms; very nice breakfast buffet; friendly and accommodating staff; nice hot drink service in lobby.

Liked: Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast.
Disliked: Curtains are not room darkening but it wasn't a problem.

Disliked: We didn’t like that you aren’t able to close the drapes all the way. There was a street light on and sheers closed all the way but the drapes were only decorative.
