Unregrettable Stay

Liked: The staff was excellent and service fantastic.Evan and staff went beyond the call of duty. They checked around for other hotels that would be available during the music fest. I would be returning with my sister from New York who is terminal.Can not say enough about Evan. he deserves a raise. LOLThank you.
Disliked: The reason for the stay. No fault of yours.

The south end of Columbus...

Liked: Beautiful, and although not in an attractive part of town, the facility itself is beautiful and in a great location, on Rt. 23 and close to 270.
Disliked: The part of South Columbus; not a pretty part of town.

Liked: The breakfast provided was excellent and helped us to be at conferences on time
Disliked: The indoor pool is nice, but prefer an outdoor pool to relax and unwind. We were disappointed with the indoor pool

Comfortable and affordable. Good value

Liked: Nice size rooms and clean. Offered a hot breakfast
Disliked: It can not really be changed but not alot to do aside from what is at the location. Sort of in place of its own nothing else really close by
