The room was awesome. Should you find additional charges when you check out.....you need to pay attention to your bill. The staff was great, hotel was beyond clean and customer service impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.
Liked: Close to First Niagara Stadium, Anchor Bar and other venues.

A great experience excellent customer...
Liked: The customer service at the front Dess the customer service for breakfast . I had the opportunity five years ago to stay at the hotel next-door to yours the Embassy suites I was please very please very happy with your hotel and look forward to coming back thank you for the excellent customer service and combinations
Disliked: I would like to have had the security safe in the room .

Room decent, Check-in and check-out...
Liked: Breakfast had a good selection. Of course, it got very busy and perhaps could have benefitted from more organization to control the crowd.
Wanda at the front desk was nice, efficient and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed the jet bathtub in our room, and our bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The restaurant and bar were absolutely atrocious. We took the stairs down and the stairway smelled so fowl, as soon as we walked into the "chocolate bar" we knew where the smell was coming from. It smelled like a dirty mop mixed with overflowing toilet. I am NOT exaggerating, it literally made me nauseous for the rest of the night. The smell alone almost sent us running. Before we could turn around and leave, the waitress/bartender told us, "Just so you know, we are no longer serving food. And it will take about 25-30 minutes to get a drink." We were SO put off, not only by the smell and hectic environment but the fact that she was telling us she would not serve us a drink for at least 30 minutes; it was outrageous. It appeared as if she was truly trying to get us to leave. We thankfully walked down the street to a MUCH better locale. However, that experience left an extremely unappealing impression on the entire Hampton Inn experience. I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Brooklyn, NY last year, and it was so nice, and such a contrast. I would advise you completely gut that "Chocolate bar" and start from scratch, including hiring new employees that will value the guests. The room was comfortable, however, we could have used a mini-fridge for leftovers. Additionally, the thermostat was not working correctly, or at least not user-friendly.

Overall I would definitely stay...
Liked: I love that I felt comfortable and safe , greeted warmly and friendly.
Disliked: The parking was too tight had to park in the Overflow parking.
