Disappointing

Disliked: The room was extremely humid even with the A/C on. The room felt dirty. The pillows were the worst.

Disliked: I did not like that I was unaware of the valet only parking. My vehicle ended up damaged in the valet. Breakfast was not good either

Liked: The location was great, the rooms were clean.
Disliked: The rooms are very tiny, the front desk staff was very rude and condescending. There’s nowhere to park was I had to spend $65 a night on valet parking, and the valet got gum on my driver side door and floor mat.

Disliked: The staff interaction was terrible. Upon checking in the front desk staff was on the hotel phone the entire time. I didn’t get any information, only what floor my room was on when he handed the key cards to me. I later was able to overhear another guest check in and heard when breakfast was, etc. Valet damaged my car, told me that I wouldn’t be charged for the stay, and proceeded to have the charge process so I had to call back and ask they refund for the stay. The breakfast wasn’t that great. I’ve had better at other Hampton Inn locations. Overall, no. I would not come back to this property. Likely would stay on the outskirts of Austin and pay for cheaper parking so my car doesn’t get damaged.
