The room was a lot smaller than expected and the breakfast wasn't very vegetarian friendly.

The Tabernacle was literally, like, across the street from this Hampton. It was so convenient. There was plenty of parking in the hotel's lot right beside the hotel. It was less than twenty bucks a day.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room had stains including the bathroom door. It was like there was no insulation - the noise from the hallway and room next door was like it was in our room.
Liked: Super friendly staff.
Disliked: Noisy; pretty dirty.

I would definitely stay here...
Liked: I loved the location! It was perfect and super close to everything I had planned. The staff was super nice and super helpful. The view was actually pretty good and the room itself was super clean!
Disliked: I didn't love that it was under renovation so it was dusty, only one elevator worked and it didn't look great. I know reno was needed but I wish I had known about it before booking. We were also charged 3 times for parking. Once at the beginning of the stay and then two separate times at check out.

I wouldn?t stay there again.
Disliked: The first room they put me in, the door was broken. You could access the room without a key. I understand things break but I paid 180$ for a room that was worse than a motel. It should of only been 100$. They were renovating the hotel when I was there so everything was a little but of a mess. They should of lowered their prices while they went through this transition because I did not get 180$ worth of an experience. They also never had someone waiting at the desk at all times. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to assist me. Finally when I called out to see if anyone was there, a guy came out from around the corner. I work retail and I understand not wanting to sit by the desk while no one is there, but you need to be aware when someone walks in the room or have a bell system. Also after I left, I had a question about my bill and when I tried to call the hotel, I sat there waiting to get connected for well over 30 minutes. If you?re going to run a business, you should answer the phone when someone is calling.

Nice location but they need...
Liked: Coffee and water in the lobby, day time staff is nice, lots of items in the pantry. The staff that was there in the afternoon was nice and very helpful. We got some restaurant recommendations and were happy until we got back to our room later that night and that?s when we had a problem.
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room didn?t work. It was 75° in our room and we were just drenched in sweat and couldn?t get comfortable or get any sleep. When I told the front desk she said that she didn?t have anyone to look at it. She said she?d bring us a fan, but never did. The front desk also did not pick up the phone when I called to ask about the fan. She didn?t even offer to move us or anything and was kind of rude about it. We took cold showers because it was so hot. If we were staying more than just one night I would have switched hotels. It was unbearable! I don?t feel like we got a good value for what we paid because we couldn't relax and laid in sweat drenched sheets in our underwear until we finally passed out from exhaustion. Had the lady just attempted to help us with our problem or at least show a bit of concern then I could have gotten over it but to expect your guests to cook in the room they paid a lot of money for is just rude. Having to pay $25 to park in the lot was iffy for. I mean we just paid you $200 for one night and now I have to pay $25 to park in your lot? We aren?t from the area and didn?t know there was cheaper parking across the street until we started walking around.

Great location, great staff, not-so-great...
Liked: The location was PERFECT. We went to Atlanta to see a concert at the Statefarm Arena and go to the aquarium and we were able to walk to both locations. I felt very safe staying at this location and walking around, even at night.
Disliked: Our hotel room smelled like it hadn't been cleaned since the last person stayed. The smell of body odor was really overwhelming and the windows in the rooms don't open. After alerting the desk, they cleaned the room but the smell was still stale and unpleasant.
