Clean and Comfortable.

Liked: Nice and clean. I didn't worry about Covid. Room was sealed for our protection .
Disliked: Only because of Covid. There isn't breakfast like their used to be. But they did offer a sack breakfast with apple, water, breakfast bar and some kind of muffin

Overall, it was great.

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean. They were flexible with my stay, extending it daily.
Disliked: The staff could be a bit more welcoming and friendlier to friends of guests who come visit

Disappointing - 2 out of 5

Too tense going to Hampton...

Liked: at least something positive the tv had christian channels.
Disliked: I went to shower and found strands of hair in the bathtub. It was yucky and not clean. I wondered if the towels were just changed by then and the sink had a speed wipe with possibly a dirty towel used from other rooms, I wondered. I cringed but I forced a shower standing very close to the faucet and hoping the hair in the tub before I came was going to float down towards where I stood so I rushed like quick blah get out fast like now type of rinse. I was Very uncomfortable and the fastest wet down, I ever did at a Hampton Inn.I told the front desk upon checking out, but the guy did not seem to be bothered by it, even to consider compensation or any type sympathetic acknowledgement to tell the owners or managers of this site for me. I even asked him to tell the manager and he just said ok.I was totally disappointed and unsatisfied that I had to stress so early. It made me think what else was not cleaned and just made it look like it was. I shiver even now as I type this.I never heard anything from manager to this day.I wanted to also pay cash but they said they already charged my card. Also, My room was way at the east end near excercise room, making me uncomfortable with people going in and out, not feeling safe. Being a senior citizen with handicaps, I should have had a better stay. I was afraid of falling anywhere from the car to the room, doors were heavy. The breakfast was chintzy for Hampton Inn, the excuse is always the covic 19. I think it would have been better to add a couple of other things to the cereal bars and apple (that I could not bite into as a senior citizen). A "sealed" mixed fruit cup/apple sauce would have helped, or bananas, for seniors with teeth, issues. Besides, the wrappers were hard to open due to stiffness in hands. Not good, not good at all.I was disappointed having trouble finding the place too. (senior citizen going around in circles on different streets at night).
