Disliked: The shower didn’t have pressure there was black mold on on the faucet

Best motel we ever stayed...

Liked: Great motel hands down give it a 10. The service and performance here with consumer service amazing. People that leave bad reviews here are petty. My family loves it here and this motel is 5 star to us.

Disliked: I would never stay here again. The manager was not helpful when we had issues. Room was not as shown in the pictures. Front desk staff was not friendly.

Liked: We use the hotel because it's convenient to where we hold our event. Every year there seems to be a problem with the reservations. The pool area needs a complete renovation. The bottom of the pool look like it was covered in scum. Ever since the new owners took over the quality of this hotel has been going downhill. The only reason we went there this year is cuz our alternate location was already booked. If they don't do something soon to rectify the issues they will lose all the business and it will turn into a transient hotel
Disliked: Bathtub in our room was cracked in multiple places. The chair was useless you sat and it felt like you are going to fall through to the floor.One of my neighbors said she found pubic hairs on the blankets of the bed. I called for towels and was told to go to the girl cleaning room and ask her. It's not my responsibility to chase down room service. That's the hotel desk responsibility. You have a long way to go if you're going to operate hotel to learn about customer service
