Disliked: When we got to the hotel and checked in, the room wasnt the room type we booked. We booked the suite. Even cancelled another hotel to have that room. Was told by the front desk they were sold out of that room type and there was an error on booking.com and booking.com wont change it. Double checked. Exact same room and description. Said the only way we could have the room we booked would be to pay an extra $100. My husband had surgery and we have small kids so we paid the extra and moved the next day. We should have never had to do that, we booked that specific type and obviously the hotel overbooked. The hotel was full and didnt want to lose money.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were friendly. Facility was clean. Room was comfortable. Gym was good. Breakfast had many options.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that there were no omelette without meat but there were other options for vegetarians like me so all good.
