First impressions matter

Disliked: Check in experienceComments:I was very disappointed with my check-in experience. Upon arrival, the front desk agent did not greet me or acknowledge me as a guest. She requested my ID without any courtesy, did not smile, and displayed a lack of basic customer service manners. I am a Hilton member and usually receive the loyalty gift (such as bottled water), but this was not offered. While the gift itself is not a big deal, the lack of recognition and hospitality was surprising and unlike what I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties. This was the first time I’ve felt genuinely unwelcome during a stay, and I believe the check-in agent could benefit from additional customer service training to meet Hilton’s usual high standards.

Easy location t find, excellent...
Liked: Lovely property with exceptionally friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was ver6 good and the size of room was ver6 good.
Disliked: The only small thing was the lack of daily housekeeping. We were a little surprised that didn’t occur but when we called for fresh towels they were received promptly.
