Room was defferent from description/photos

Disliked: The room picture and description is different. When we approached the front desk staff right after they saw a room, they said it is Booking’s fault for providing false descriptions. They also did not have any other rooms available, so we had to take the only option. I specifically looked for a room that I needed, and if I knew that hotel would not be able to accommodate, I would never book it in first place.

Disliked: Room smelled little weird when we woke up in the morning.

For the price...could be a...

Liked: I liked a smooth check in and included breakfast. The room was also pretty large for three people.
Disliked: There was no glasses just paper cups. Also, no bottle opener not even at reception. Payed for 3 people and the sofa was not set up. I got the extra sheets from the reception but if the room was paid for 3 people I assumed the bed would be set up for three...We were told the jets don't work in the hot tub. Isn't that something that should be noted when you're booking?
