Pleasant

Liked: The front desk was jot welcoming. We’ve been going to hamptons thats why i got the rewards app and customer service was always delightful. But this time it was not. They were even talking in their own native language when i was checking in. Not even a smileOn their faces greeted the visitors. I worked with customer service for how many years and this is kit the kind of customer service you give to a hospitality service.
Disliked: Just the front desk and the washroom was dirty

Superb

Liked: Super convenient to the airport and the staff was very friendly. Comfortable bed and a great breakfast.
Disliked: For the price, everything was fantastic. The furniture was starting to look a little bit worn.

Liked: room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: breakfast seemed poorly manned and lack of seating for large amount of guests.
