Had a lovely time away...
Liked: It was very central to all shops
Disliked: The beds, so close to the floor, never seen beds like them before so unfortunately wont be back here.

Liked the comfort and security...
Liked: Had a cooked breakfast. Met our expectations as it was not greasy. Staff topped up food trays quickly/replenished coffee machines the same and were very polite
Disliked: We thought a mat would be in the bathroom for the shower tray as the surface is quite slippery. Did not know until the end of the stay we needed to ask for one. Told a staff member as we checked out

Wasn't an enjoyable experience this...
Liked: We have stayed a few times, however this time the breakfast was very disappointing. It was dry over cooked and some things missing

“Comfortable Stay, but Several Areas...
Liked: The hotel is in a great location, central to all the main tourist attractions. The facilities, including the reception, lobby, and restaurant, were spacious and well-designed. The reception team was polite, professional, and well-spoken.
Disliked: We enjoyed certain aspects of our stay, but there are several areas where the experience could be improved. The water pressure in the bathroom was not adequate. While I appreciated the hot shower, my wife struggled as the temperature could not be adjusted properly. This is something that could benefit from maintenance attention. One morning we were woken up around 8am by a fire alarm, which turned out to be a test. Unfortunately, there was no prior notice, and it felt quite disruptive. It might be more considerate to carry out these drills later in the morning (after 11am), as many hotels do, and to notify guests in advance. We booked a double room, but the sofa bed was also made up as a bed. This left us without a comfortable seating area for the duration of our 5-night stay. It would be much better if the room was set up according to the booking, with the sofa left as seating unless requested otherwise.Breakfast was the area most in need of improvement. The options were very limited — only scrambled eggs (which were consistently cold and dry) and sausages that lacked taste and were often served cold. The waffle station was a nice touch, but with only one machine and long queues, it wasn’t practical for most guests. On one occasion, while many guests were still eating, the coffee machines were turned off right at 10am without any warning. It would be far more guest-friendly to either allow a short grace period or have staff check with diners before shutting everything down.Overall, these issues impacted our stay and did not quite meet the standards we expected from Hilton. With some adjustments to service, communication, and food quality, the experience could be greatly improved for future guests.
