Thoroughly enjoyable ..

Liked: The room was excellent. - my only complaint was that the heating couldn’t be controlled. There was an error on the thermostat and it didn’t work. Bathroom was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. The dining area was very spacious and the food was excellent. We had a very good stay. The location was good too.
Disliked: Thermostat/heating. We had to contact reception to alter it(room 107).

Good location, pleasant hotel.

Liked: Only a short walk to city centre, 15 minute walk to station. Hotel was very clean, modern and well-appointed. Lots of space to move around in, and very quiet. Quite a good variety of food for breakfast.
Disliked: Neighbourhood was a bit run down, but it looks as though redevelopment is due. No porridge available at breakfast....disaster.
