Liked: Location is great, 5 minutes walk from Warsaw central railway station. It's also possible to walk to the old town. Rooms are comfortable and cosy. The best breakfast ever!!! You can have waffles with any possible topping! Staff is always ready to help.

Liked: I stay at this hotel quite often. This time, breakfast was much better than usual - tasty food and a few options. The room was clean.
Disliked: We wanted to have early arrival but were informed that there was not a single vacant room. They didn't check availability, I would say.Then during the check in, they charged me 3 times more! I should say, they transferred money back to my card when I complained and apologized. So, I was not happy about the case but I liked how they reacted.

Convenient hotel

Liked: The staff is fluent in English and helpful. The bathroom is nice and spotless clean. Breakfast abundant. Location convenient. Food served at the bar after 2 pm only. Some drinks available.
Disliked: I need a fridge in my room when I travel. I work from my room part of the time and like keeping fruits, etc. available (lovely strawberries for sale on the streets of Warsaw). Impossible in this hotel.

Superb

Liked: Location is close to everything, breakfast very delicious and a lot of varieties. They have lactose free milk for my son.
Disliked: No refrigerator and ice maker
