Disappointing

Disliked: Hotel room was not cleaned unless requested a day in advance. The bedsheets and towels were washed with some product that gave both my partner and me allergic reactions. The music and TV in the gym didn’t work. The gym was extremely small and basic. The breakfast was great, though.

Liked: Nice room, prettier than the photos. Nice location with very easy access to uban station.although Pratter park is on the corner, there is no noise during the night.
Disliked: The breakfast experience. Too crowdy. The area of the breakfast is small for the people that the hotel accommodates. In addition, breakfast buffet is not very well organised, creating a feeling that you need to struggle to find a plate and choose your food.The breakfast choices were not the best. Also pls be aware of scrambled eggs. We suffered from food poising the last day of our trip. Although we are not certain if it was from the hotel's breakfast, the only food that felt dangerous during our trip to Vienna, was the hotel's scrambled eggs.

Quiet but New Facilities!

Liked: The hotel facilities are quite new and refreshing. The breakfast buffet was fantastic!
Disliked: The requested room cleaning service was not performed during the day time. We had to call the reception when we returned from outside late afternoon,
