Liked: Great location, very clean and modern, great staff, great breakfast, very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing really, there is no parking, but there's a public car park across the road £10.50 for 24hrs.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Good location with access to the main harbour area.
Disliked: We had to park in the harbour carpark and pay over £20 for less than 48h. It is super close to the hotel, but it would be great if the hotel could maybe buy some spaces there...

Liked: Hotel was amazing on arrival, staff were brilliant, breakfast was first class
Disliked: One of our 2 rooms (129) had a really bad pungent smell when walking in. It smelt reallt musty.When I checked out I received an email saying that you had taken £289 out of my bank for the 2 rooms. I was not expecting that, we presume it was for the housekeeping. We were not aware of this charge so really disappointed at a high amount for little they done, would have cleaned our own rooms to save this extortionate fee.
