Liked: Clean hotel, great breakfast and friendly staff.AC in the rooms and a good shower.
Disliked: The pull out bed is not comfortable

Liked: Location fantastic and the modern, clean rooms, excellent breakfast
Disliked: As a place by the sea, there should be somewhere to dry beach towels, swim suits, swim shoes etc. but there are only 2 (!!!!) hooks in the bathroom, nit even enough for 3 or us staying in the room!There is ample space in the bathroom and in the room to add towel rails, drying racks snd additional hooks/pegs. We had items hanging from lights, mirrors, TV to dry them…

Superb

Liked: Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the waterfall shower was amazing! Great value for money as it is right next to the harbour and all the bars, restaurants, shops, and arcades you could want. Will definitely look to stay again next holiday!
Disliked: A couple of the staff were a bit miserable, but I imagine they were a bit stressed as they did look understaffed.

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: The cleanliness is subpar. I dropped my room key between a set of draws and had to separate them to retrieve my door key card only to find used tampon wrappers, roll papers for cigarettes, lollies and an inch of dust. I asked the manager to go and inspect the room but was met with excuses 5 hours later such as, sorry we are short staffed. This is not up to park with the Hilton chain. If you stay here run your finger along any surface and you'll see. Even the shower head was mouldy My cleaning lady would do a better job.
