Stayed one night after attending a show at the Globe Theatre Stockton. Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. Staff were great and the breakfast was great.

Convenient location

Liked: Great location.Staff were lovely and doing their best in a difficult situation.Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: The booking system had gone down so it took ages to check in. We were then given the key to the wrong room (we were given 2 free drinks as a goodwill gesture).The plug in the bathroom was stuck so the sink wouldn't empty.No water in the room.

Liked: well presented hotel, very friendly staff, room was perfect well laid out and comfortable. Good facilities and car park with easy access.
Disliked: Nothing, the hotel ticked all the boxes for our trip, with nothing to complain about at all
