Really excellent place to stay from the man at the check in, who was really polite and helpful and was smiling and made us feel really welcome, to all the staff and the room which was really comfortable - no complaints at all. Pillows a little soft but that really not a complaint. So thank you and the staff for a lovely stay.

Stayed one night after attending a show at the Globe Theatre Stockton. Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. Staff were great and the breakfast was great.

Liked: Great location. Spacious car park £7 a day. Staff friendly. Breakfast great. Room spacious with tea and coffee making facilities, plenty of plug sockets, black out curtains etc
Disliked: The bathroom lets it down. The towel rail fell off constantly. The toilet seat was loose. The shower didn’t drain away unless you pulled the drain cover off.
