Liked: Room nice and clean; great breakfast - everything you would want.
Disliked: 2 glasses of white wine were £20 - a bit overpriced; should have been warned about price before.

Wouldn't normally bother sending in a review but the hotel was excellent and very reasonably priced. Booked it eight hours before we got there. It's easy to find just off the ring road but what made it was the staff, all very friendly and helpful. They are a credit to this establishment.

Was generally a nice hotel. Breakfast was really good; nice decor; central for the town centre and Sheffield City Hall.

Liked: Nice room; comfy beds; nice and clean.
Disliked: Tea and coffee not replenished and the cleaner took our card out of the electric slot so the room was cold when we returned after it had been a freezing cold day.

Top stay at Sheffield Hilton

Liked: Very competent and friendly, welcoming reception staff. Room was spotless, bed extremely comfortable. We had a good breakfast. Complimentary drink and upgraded room as it was our anniversary. We would highly commend this hotel.
Disliked: Everything was okay. No problems whatsoever.

Small but well equipped and...

Liked: Very easy to drive to, great welcome by the staff. Eden checked us in - & helped us by arranging an early check in time. The other outstanding staff member was Fredrica ?? a lovely Italian lady who just couldn’t have made us feel more welcome & who is a real asset to the company!! Nice little bar in reception - everything we needed.
Disliked: Nothing.

We shall use this hotel...

Liked: Staff were so friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Room cleaned every day without having to ask. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Bed a bit hard. Needed instructions for the minimialist TV remote.
