Liked: Room nice and clean; great breakfast - everything you would want.
Disliked: 2 glasses of white wine were £20 - a bit overpriced; should have been warned about price before.

Wouldn't normally bother sending in a review but the hotel was excellent and very reasonably priced. Booked it eight hours before we got there. It's easy to find just off the ring road but what made it was the staff, all very friendly and helpful. They are a credit to this establishment.

Was generally a nice hotel. Breakfast was really good; nice decor; central for the town centre and Sheffield City Hall.

Liked: Nice room; comfy beds; nice and clean.
Disliked: Tea and coffee not replenished and the cleaner took our card out of the electric slot so the room was cold when we returned after it had been a freezing cold day.

Liked: Staff were excellent on arrival friendly and helpful room was clean and tidy breakfast was brilliant would definitely go back
Disliked: The one thing we didn't like was the walk into the city centre it was all uphill and quite steep but obviously not the hotels fault

Pleasant

Liked: Good variety of breakfast. Comfortable bed
Disliked: Shower had some strange yellow substance maybe a cleaner that hadn't done their job properly. I was on a mobility scooter and they couldn't have given me a room further away than we would have liked and to top it off there were 4 steps before the entrance to our room. Got even worse when the lift was broken down the next morning caused a lot of inconvenience, however I was told it was a one off
