Liked: Room nice and clean; great breakfast - everything you would want.
Disliked: 2 glasses of white wine were £20 - a bit overpriced; should have been warned about price before.

Wouldn't normally bother sending in a review but the hotel was excellent and very reasonably priced. Booked it eight hours before we got there. It's easy to find just off the ring road but what made it was the staff, all very friendly and helpful. They are a credit to this establishment.
Liked: Well located for all amenities.

Was generally a nice hotel. Breakfast was really good; nice decor; central for the town centre and Sheffield City Hall.
Liked: Nice room; comfy beds; nice and clean.
Disliked: Tea and coffee not replenished and the cleaner took our card out of the electric slot so the room was cold when we returned after it had been a freezing cold day.

Liked: My son and 1 needed a twin room and this room was great. it had 2 separate large single beds. Not, as we have found in other hotels, what is essentially a double but made up as two singles.

Staff great, comfy bed, as...
Liked: The staff were fantastic extrmly helpfulThe breafast was very goodThe bed I thought was very confy
Disliked: As a wheelchair user, the accessable room I booked had a sofa bed for my friend. When the sofa bed was extended there was not enough room inbetween for my wheelchair.Bedside cabinets were so deep I could not reach the plug or USB sockets. In the bathroom, the toilet and shower were close enough together that side transfer from my chair was extremmly difficult. A lower level small hand basin was complimented by a full size basin set in a vanity unit which again I could not access.

Was expecting a bit more...
Liked: Breakfast, public areas, bed size and qualify of bed sheets and mattress.
Disliked: Bath room lay out with the toilet at a diagonal mean my knees hit the door frame and shelved carboard. sliding door also meant either the bathroom was open of the wardrobe . we had a family room and the addition bed was the fold out sofa which was way to soft to sleep comfortability even for a 12 year old. and the duvet was not the smae standard as the double bed.
