Liked: The property is clean, well planned out with Covid measures and in a perfect location. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make it a good stay, nothing is a hassle to them

Short and Sweet Stay
Liked: COVID cleanliness and safety measures was evident. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They explained everything in detail. Missed the popular breakfast Hampton is known for, however grab and go breakfast was not too bad, although hot items where not too hot either. But they are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Dinner was tasty although limited choices, delivered to room. My stay was cut from 4nights to 2nights (Christmas Eve & Christmas)a result of the Tier status change, no fault of the hotel, but extreme disappointment nonetheless. can?t wait until pandemic is behind us!!
Disliked: Even the pandemic can?t change my mind about Hampton by Hilton, Newcastle. Despite the hurdles thrown at them, it is still the best hotel in the city.
