Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff wasn't polite. Very, very bad parking...expensive and hard to park car. It was quite full and we had to drive over metal rails with sharp edges, quite high and it was chalenging not to damage car.... Hotel has to think about normal Parking lot, if guests has to pay for it separately! Not good experience... Will not recommend stay there for others who come there by car!!! We will not return!

Bed bugs!

Disliked: Found bed bugs in my room 228. Receptionist first tried to simply brush me off with a voucher for the bar and a new room. Didn't seem to take the situation seriously and I highly doubt that the room got cleaned professionally afterwards. Furthermore they were not able to organize a cleaning of my clothes at 15:00 so I was forced to take my potentially infested clothes back to my apartment with the risk of taking the bed bugs with me. Seems like there is no protocol in place for this situation which is shocking and I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Very nice and professional, would...

Liked: Good quality breakfast, nice rooms and professional and kind staff.
Disliked: The metro is a bit far, at around a 15 minute walk from the hotel, we often took electric scooters, but this however IS NOT the hotel fault, just a thing to consider.
