Liked: The stuff was very friendly, location was great - we needed to be at the aiport at 5am and the hotel was really close to that. I really appreciated that the hotel made us breakfast pack and coffee at 3 in the morning!

Liked: Convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Bathroom cleaning needs more attention to detail. . Grout is filthy. Shower tray not properly cleaned. Deep clean required.

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t as good as I expected.
Disliked: I booked through Booking.com and did try to change but wasn’t allowed. Comparing to the Vale, rooms are smaller, breakfast hot food was cold (hash browns/bacon), I ordered dinner on the Saturday night… 25 mins later I asked where it was and they apologised, there had been nobody in the kitchen. We then went to bed and the family next door were making so much noise. The staff did knock on their door after I reported them to tell them to be quiet.
