Great as always

Liked: I stay here all the time when either visiting family or going on holiday. Always clean, beds are so comfy and hotel is clean, great value for money and always a good breakfast selection. Staff always go extra to accommodate a thing you need. The luton dart being right next to it is so ideal for both holiday and day trips.
Disliked: Nothing.

Food cost to expectation not...

Liked: The staff, the location, and the convenience for the airport.
Disliked: I think that the food at the restaurant should be of a higher standard in keeping with expectations of the Hilton name. I had fish and chips for a second time, hoping it would be better than the previous experience. It was not an improvement. For about £14, I expect better than cheap, frozen chips and fish better than from a fast food outlet. In conclusion, I enjoy your hotel, it is clean, well run and the staff are very helpful, but the food needs improving for the cost you charge for it.

Liked: Only the room, breakfast was terrible fruit tasted old not much variety and the staff started closing before 10 O Clock as stipulated on our arrivel by a very courtesy gentleman who checked us. Not

Liked: We got a nice room.
Disliked: When we tried to use the safe, it did not work (no electricity). I called front desk and they said they are sending somebody, who never arrived. When I tried to take a shower I discovered that the drain was completely clogged, and thus in a minute the bathroom was flooded. I called front desk, and at 10 pm we had to move to another room. This time the drain was not clogged. I paid extra money for parking, but when I tried to find a parking spot there was none. They told me it was "momentary, because there is a meeting, which ends soon", but that was a lie. There was just no place. I had to park outside the hotel.
