Liked: Welcoming, large room, very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent.

Disliked: I have booked 2 rooms for my family, they gave us 2 rooms on different level. That's ridiculous. They separated us. One of us had to go with one child and the other with another 2

Nice stay at the Hampton...

Liked: My stay was great. My checkout time was extended without too much fuss, the hotel having a gym etc was very useful. The car park being full was a bit annoying. However we were allowed to park outside which was helpful. 24 hours service and bar.
Disliked: Car park. Breakfast could have a few more vegan, fish, poultry options.

Overall disappointing

Liked: The bed was fine. Location is practical close to the airport as one would need under the circumstances.
Disliked: They don’t serve breakfast before 6 a.m. As an airport hotel, one would expect breakfast to be served from earlier. They offer a take-away breakfast for those who need to leave early; however, the quality of the items they’re giving is very disappointing.
