Good hotel for overnight stay...

Liked: Very comfortable room with a decent breakfast.
Disliked: Walked from the airport, which was much further than I thought.

Easy to rise and ride!

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. The location is so easy for Luton airport and for the new train service. Easy to travel from here to the rest of the UK.
Disliked: One of the employees was mistreated by a customer, and no one helped her. A manager should have come to her rescue and the people were out of line. One lady at the buffet basically cleared the entire buffet by herself. I think she should have been told not to be so greedy!

Liked: So close to the train station, huge and comfortable beds, 24 hour restaurant an added bonus, and lovely staff who allowed us to store our bags for a few days
Disliked: A tad loud with the airport nearby and very hot in the rooms that fave west.

Disliked: Breakfast not brilliant. Only scramble eggs available.

Definitely lost my business !

Liked: After booking the hotel, lone woman travelling after a very long day, and a very late check in, got to reception and was told no room was available for me !As bad as it gets !!
Disliked: Didn’t get the chance to experience my room, staff were unapologetic !
