Superbly located for airport, London,...

Liked: Location near main line and DART shuttle, easy access by road, very nice rooms and beds. Breakfast was very nice and wide selection.
Disliked: Some of the common areas were worn and not as clean as the rooms. Carpets in corridors were stained. Could have offered more than just scrambled egg at breakfast and did not offer decaf tea, only coffee.

Perfect choice for the airport

Liked: Hotel was very convenient for the airport - a short walk away. It has a very friendly vibe with lots of travellers sitting around and a small bar. Staff very friendly. The room was very comfortable - we had the best nights sleep! The sound insulation was phenomenal - you could barely hear planes and though we were only a couple of doors from the reception, could hear nothing. We were impressed - would definitely stay again if we were using this airport.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok..but thats about all. Room for improvement.

Disliked: Fire alarm during the night and no guidance at all from the staff
