Good but could have been...

Liked: The Location was good and it was clean and tidy. The best thing I as that they have the bag drop off policy for the customer even after they checkout of the hotel which is very helpful when u have a late train or flight but still wanna explore London but don’t wanna drag the bags everywhere.
Disliked: They have a weird security deposit policy which was not stated at the time of booking and I was asked rudely by the receptionist to give the deposit as it’s the hotel policy so take it or lose the booking. The restaurant staff and couple of the morning receptionist were wonderful but one of the receptionist was highly unprofessional. Maybe they should think of that especially when he is the first one that the customers meet when they come to the hotel.

Hot and cold.

Liked: My room had a great city view. The bed was comfy and things were clean.Breakfast.The bacon, sausages and rosties were good. The pastries coffee and fruit were all good too.Only basic TV channels. Most hotels I go to have additional channels and smart TVs now.
Disliked: Noise of a fan in the room. Not AC or bathroom fan. Shower temp fluctuated. Not enough sugar. No hot chocolate.Breakfast. Dry mushroom, poor scrambled egg, no fried eggs and the juice was dreadful. So watered down. Shocking.

Overall a pleasant stay

Liked: Room was clean and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and room was cleaned everyday.
Disliked: Quite small for two people who both have large suitcases. Not much room to put any clothes and no small fridge for some cold water or milk for a tea.

Liked: The hotel staff. Umesha, Robinsohn, and Inna, in fact ALL the front of house staff. Every member of staff 6 very pleasant and approachable
Disliked: Everything was great. No negative issues

Enjoyable stay with good city...

Liked: Good location, excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Had daughter in next room, our interconnecting door opened but hers didn't.
