Liked: Gary on reception was so helpful with advice on how to get to Wembley Stadium as we didn't know the area. Parking was nice and secure underneath the hotel. Lovely modern rooms.
Disliked: Everything was great. Nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Liked: Good location. Very clean and accessible. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: The only sorry of issue I have is that I ordered a taxi through reception, and everything happened as it should. However, no indication had been provided as to cost of the taxi ahead of the journey. It would be useful for staff to be clear when doing so.

Family Room

Liked: Reception and bar area were very neat and tidy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was a mini fridge in our room which was good to have. Breakfast was self serviced and a good selection and also good quality. We had a big telly in the room which was great.
Disliked: Couldn't find any instructions on working the air con and had to fiddle on ages trying to regulate the room temperature and our room at night was cold. Room was also narrow so it was a tight squeeze with 3 of us sharing. The hot water tap didn't flow hot water and was only warm. Windows didn't open which is not ideal as I like to have air coming into the room rather than air conditioning.

Liked: The Asian gentleman at the reception…I think his name is Craig…such an amazing human being and staff…he deserves to be the Boss of the company…his service was outstanding
Disliked: The experience was excellent
