Liked: Friendly staff, very professional very helpful and especially Gary.great location, comfort and value for money.
Disliked: Although the breakfast was complementary and generally good but they can add few touches to make it easier to serve.like boiled water machine instead of using the coffee machine for hot water

Excellent stay

Liked: The rooms were nice and quite spacious, a lovely super king bed, comfy pillows, breakfast was plentiful. The interior of the hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly. It was only a two minute walk to the nearest underground station.

Liked: Everything was so easy from start to finish, Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The train was right on your door step easy access to London center or others
Disliked: Could of drawn us in for food in the evening, as we traveled to weatherspoons for food.
