great airport hotel

Liked: clean and comfortable hotel. easy access from the terminal. great for morning flight
Disliked: a bit pricey

Liked: Great breakfast options and location couldn't be more perfect
Disliked: I had no complaints, but would have been helpful to have a guest card in the room with details like checkout times, breakfast times etc

Liked: It was a great stay! The hotel is inside of the airport, that is perfect!!! The staff was quick and kind, breakfast since 4 a.m and big rooms I was surprised, it was much better than what I expected

Disliked: They cancelled our booking ( which was pre booked 6 months ago)because we didn't arrive until 2.30am after us telling them we would be late flying in.We had originally booked two individual rooms but because it was after 24.00They classed us as a no show and gave our rooms away to someone else!We ended up having to rebook with them at 2.30am and only getting a family room as they were booked out !.They charged us an extra £80 on top of the price of the room as they classed it as a late booking!!Not fair. You have been warned!
