Hotel was perfect for my...

Liked: Perfect location for seeing London flying in to Gatwick. I stayed there a few days before and a day after a cruise. Close to train station so easy access to all London. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Adequate breakfast spread and also a nice (limited)dinner menu if don’t want go out to the several nearby restaurants. Facility very clean. Only complaint was wi-fi was a little spotty in the room
Disliked: Wi-fi a little spotty in the room. Primary staff - desk and bar area was excellent and went out of their way to help (Minoj) but did one night a different crew was there and service level dropped noticeably.

Good location & price but...

Liked: Great location & for the price it’s a good deal.
Disliked: Being forced on exit to write a review and were even given a QR code to scan which we declined. The owner shouldn’t be doing this as it’s pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. Also the breakfast was all quite overcooked especially the bacon.

Liked: lovely room, very clean. bed was comfortable. shower was great. breakfast had everything you could want and the breakfast staff were lovely, so helpful.reception staff very helpful and polite.

Relaxing

Liked: Hospitality at the time of breakfast. Lot of personal attention. Manoj was fantastic, very courteous and enquired about dietary need, served the waffles on our table.
