Liked: All of the staff was so helpful and friendly, I love my room and the comfort of the bed. Soon as you walking to the hotel the smell of the hotel it had a beautiful smell. Please if you can email me the name of your fragrance thank you.
Disliked: Breakfast need to have more varietys.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, The bed and location were pretty good. rooms are very clean and so quiet. 5 minutes walk to east Croydon train station.
Disliked: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I would especially highlight Manoj being really helpful and supportive. He is so lovely not only for me he is lovely and nice to everyone. I have been to many Hilton hotels all over the world but I have never seen such a nice person like Manoj.
