This was a very clean hotel. Security was good, but the guests were not prevented from attending breakfast inappropriately dressed! It was a bit pricey considering it's quite basic really.

Liked: Check-in was easy, rooms were clean
Disliked: No 'bacon' for the English breakfast as apparently, it's not on the menu. Also, whole families of guests coming to breakfast in PJ'S that they've slept in all night. Very young children operating red hot waffle machines and touching buffet food, but not taking it. People sitting bare foot, crossed legged on sofas to eat breakfast - where is the etiquette? This is England, Great Britain after all! No fruit tea's at breakfast or in the rooms either.

Good accommodation in the centre

Liked: Godd location, just 2min from the underground (Aldgate East), comfortable beds, enough room size, silent during the night, good selection for breakfast.
Disliked: It was not fully clean.

Liked: Great location. Clean, tidy and quiet room.
Disliked: The bed was very firm. The room was very small. No smoking area within the building contrary to what was advertised when booking.
