Liked: Friendly staff, you can order delicious food at the lobby restaurant, good value for money. Great location, next to the tram.
Disliked: The noise from the tram can be felt in the room, acoustics between rooms could be improved. But only minor issues.

Stay in the city center...

Liked: Nice, comfortable and very clean hotel. Very close distance to the city center. Spacious rooms with nice views. Rich breakfast. Nice and communicative hotel staff.
Disliked: Everything was perfect!

Liked: Hotel in excellent location in the city centre.Could not find any faults with the room, cleaned every day.Breakfast had everything. Being English I would have liked teapots available to make a good cuppa for breakfast! Apart from that everything good.

Value for money

Liked: Excellent location, comfy beds, very clean in general, comfortable and spacious shower, friendly staff and affordable rates. Highly recommended place to stay in Lódź.
Disliked: As much as hotel in general offers very high standard I was slight disappointed with breakfast and restaurant menu. Quality of the meals unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations.
