Good except the lack of...

Liked: Very convenient for the airport.
Disliked: We drove a car to the airport. We wanted to be able to drive to the hotel, check in, then take the car back to the hire area. There was no obvious information about how to do this from the hotel or booking.com or on the airport website. Signage towards the hotel ran out before you had to make the final choice of car parks. We ended up paying £10 for drop-off parking unnecessarily. Only when we went to check in were we told that we should have chosen the short stay car park and driven to the 5th floor, and we would then have had our parking for free.

Liked: Staff very helpful and went out of way to accommodate me when had a problem on arrival, as needed to add extra guest at last minute notice
Disliked: Didn't get breakfast but that was more about my personal check out times..not hotel problem

Super for short layovers

Liked: Proximity to the airport is fantastic. Check in was good - staff friendly.
Disliked: Very early flight so breakfast wasn’t very appetizing. Room ok but no for example bottle of water which I have found to be standard. Late flight in so nothing open really that i could see.

Perfect location for the airport

Liked: Easy check-in/check out Staff are always lovely Rooms comfortable and spacious Checked out too early for breakfast service however we stay here solely for the location as the hotel is literally opposite the airport.
Disliked: Nothing
