Disappointing

Disliked: Very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Checkin went smoothly however when we got to the room the HVAC system did not work. The staff came immediately and once it was determined that it was broken they quickly put us in a new room The new room did not have a working phone - the connection had been ripped out of the wall. We reported this and they offered to get us a new room but we declined

Disliked: Few issues with the breakfast ie hot water machine not working and poor availability of milk
