Liked: Had a problem with the first room initially but this was rectified by staff very quickly and without hesitation.Second room was great.Breakfast could do with more staff at busy periods to keep the food stocked up and both coffee machines broke both mornings of our stay!Location is just great- perfect for both the docks and the centre, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Liverpool! We will definitely return.

Great, would recommend.

Liked: Great location, easy to access. Plenty of local parking options. Easy check in. Comfortable room with air conditioning. I would definitely recommend staying here. We slept in so only had the complimentary breakfast once but that was also decent. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Elevator is used frequently, so this can have interesting aromas.

Not worth the money

Liked: Close to a nice area.
Disliked: Room wasn’t set up when we arrived, room had dirty marks on the ground. The beds were uncomfortable and extremely hard, the sofa bed was not suitable for my two girls with big gaps down the sides with bars exposed. The room was not big enough for a family. Breakfast was also poor with no tables being cleared and little options. Ac was very loud. Staff was rude about using a blow up bed for our youngest daughter as she cannot sleep in a bed next to people. I wouldn’t stay here again for a Hilton I expected a little more, the premier Inn we stayed in the night before was better value for money comfier with a lot more open space in the room.

Liked: The reception was excellent,yhe rooms were good and breakfast was so good
Disliked: I didn't like the attitude of the cleaning staff on the 4th floor especially the day of checking out because they went into my children's room around 10hrs and gave them 5minutes to take out their belongings just because they wanted to clean the room I was very disappointed as our checking out said 12hours,please next we need to be respected in that regard especially from the cleaning staff,we felt so pushed that my daughter could not even apply lotion because the lady was there waiting for her to leave the room
