Very good

Liked: Location is fantastic just a short walk from the dock ,and easy parking was a bonus .
Disliked: Needs more tea and coffee in rooms .

Good hotel but a couple...

Liked: Cleanliness, very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent shower, excellent breakfast
Disliked: Not enough tea bags or milk. Conditioner dispenser didn't work.

Liked: Nice and clean, friendly staff!I accidentally left a ring in the room and contacted the hotel, they were SO helpful I'm helping get it back to me! Super grateful! Would absolutely stay again! :)

Liked: Location only
Disliked: Not clean, sliding bathroom door broke and informed staff bit nothing was done. Breakfast cold. Tables dirty.

Liked: Good plentiful breakfast.Clean spacious room Complimentary toiletries
Disliked: Pillows are too soft and no good for side sleepers. Need to have an option for a firmer pillow. provide one soft one firm for guest to choose which is their preference.Never enough lighting near the mirror for putting on makeup
