good location abysmal hotel
Liked: the location was convenient for the City
Disliked: 1st room had no blind, asked to be moved as no privacy from overlooking buildings and lights and sun made sleeping very difficult. offered the only available room which was the disabled room which was totally inappropriate. next day moved to a 3rd room which had a stuck blind half open so same problem as first room, 4th room moved into which had a working blind but poor flush on toilet and no towel rail on sink.Breakfast was chaotic at best, dirty tables, sticky and disgusting floors, lack of plates and cutlery combined with very slow replenishments of the food. No milk for cereal, coffee weak and insipid. hot food ran low very quickly along with pastries and bread for the toaster. An awful experience which was repeated at every breakfast.

Throughly enjoyed our stay, a...
Liked: The Room was Great. Very clean and comfortable. Location was good. Parking was good. Just too expensive.
Disliked: The state of the Breakfast area was atrocious. It was like a bomb had hit the area. No Cultery left. No Juices. Staff didn't seem to care less and needed some motivation, big time.So unhygienic to the point where we left and had to purchase food elsewhere. Reported it to the reception staff but they didn't seem to care. Really disappointed with the breakfast experience which we were looking forward to
