Liked: Friendly and helpful staff who work very hard continuously in the hotel. I thought the breakfast choice and quality was good too.

The hotel made our stay...

Liked: Car park underneath hotel very handy and so easy to understand instructions from your parking space website. Cost £18 to park for 24hours. Location of hotel excellent 5 min walk to Albert dock. Hotel and room clean and comfy bed. Breakfast excellent. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when visiting Liverpool.
Disliked: You couldn’t use the lift without your room card.

Liked: Location was great for us
Disliked: The room is a danger hazard, the sliding door between bathroom and wardrobe was balancing and ready to fall, there was also previous guests clothes left in our room, so unsure on how well the rooms are serviced

Great stay at Hampton Hilton...

Liked: The view from the room was great.The staff were so friendly polite and very helpful.The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do.The breakfast was nice, bacon was delicious, I would have liked the choice of a fried egg but plenty food to pick from.We had a lovely time staying in the hotel, also having an iron board and an iron in our room was a great surprise !We were only five minutes from Lime Street train station.
Disliked: We would have liked the room to have been a bit cooler, we could not make it cool enough, we did not ask for help!The room had a smell of cigarette smoke, we had the window open our whole stay so that helped, this I may say would not deter us from coming back to the hotel.The spare bed was not the comfiest bed but I did manage to sleep well every night.

Disliked: the banging of doors early hours of the morning, the bed is the worst I have ever slept on rock hard woke up at 2am with a bad back ,I went and sat down stairs on a comfy chair , when I mentioned this to reception I was told some like them beds some don't
