Decent room in Kiel

Liked: Staff, facilities and room were decent. For international guests: note that no water heater and fridge is provided, facilities are decent but spartan.
Disliked: The main really noteworthy negative aspect of the hotel is the lift, it is slow and inefficient, goes to floors in inexplicable sequence and mixes kitchen, laundry and guest rooms. Really not convenient.

Nice rooms, terrible food.

Liked: Nice and clean room.
Disliked: The hotel breakfast is truly awful, to the point of comical.

Short and adventurous.

Disliked: Apparently they didn’t have clean bedlinnen, so we spend the night in our sleeping bags that we brought with us. This is not the experience i was expecting from Hampton by Hilton.

Bad

Disliked: We booked a room for three but the room was not prepared for three people. We made the staff aware multiple times but they did not seem to take our concerns seriously or try to solve the issue. This is unacceptable.

Liked: It was so awesome we could walk to everything.the walk street and the star wars con we was a was next to.
Disliked: It was so great to see the other people and the people there was at work when we came walk as wookiees from Star wars at the hotel .it make other people remember the funny day at the hotel and we could give them a happy day too big hugs from the Danish wookiee family

Liked: Clean hotel, kind and helpful staff. Had Good stay there with nice view from 13th floor
Disliked: The extra bed was not Good and the breakfast was bad. Was exited for waffles But Both waffle iron where out of order
