Great customer service

Liked: The staff were professional, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room looked clean and there was good shower pressure. There was a big Waitrose within walking distance which was convinient for grocery shopping.Car park available onsite.

Was clean and comfortable

Liked: Breakfast set out well and plenty of choice. There was English as well as Continental breakfast. and looked fresh Room was satisfactory
Disliked: Could have been more comfortable seating arrangement. for breakfast

Liked: A nice powerful shower, nice complimentary bathroom products and king size bed .
Disliked: The room was very stuffy. No opening window so you had to rely on the air conditioning.
