Excellent value for money, modern...

Liked: Excellent value for money. Friendly staff, modern building, well equipped rooms with high standards of cleanliness and spacious bathroom. Large TV. Breakfast included in very reasonable price.
Disliked: We have stayed twice to visit friends across Glasgow, and it is handy for travelling back down the motorway to England, but less convenient for Glasgow city centre without a car.

Very disappointed.

Liked: The location was good, at the race course. However that was the only thing we were satisfied with. The air conditioning was broken, I asked for someone from reception to have a look at it but was told they were too busy to see if they could fix it. The lock to the bathroom door was broken. The breakfast was decidely average. You charge a premium price for your room but it is not better than an average room at the Hamilton Holiday Inn Express and the breakfasts at the Holiday Inn are better plus the staff are much more helpful. I will be using the Holiday Inn Express in future when I come to stay in Hamilton.
